• From 2000 onwards, I was privileged to mediate the methodology to a dozen different types of audiences in the world of project management, including: high-tech managers, managers in traditional industry, officers in a variety of elite units in the IDF, school principals, managers in emergency services, managers in civil engineering, managers in the healthcare system, and more
• The mediation includes studying the methodology, preparing generic lists of risks and lists of mitigation techniques, as well as the actual implementation of the process in specific projects
• Over the years, I have implemented the methodology and accompanied the process in hundreds of projects
