Building and Implementing Cross-Functional Processes (XFPs)
In a significant portion of organizations, processes that are essentially cross-functional are hard to define and challenging to implement
A common example of a cross-functional process is PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
PLM definition and implementation must be carried out by an interdisciplinary team representing the critical organizational entities in the organization
Work begins only after defining the project content and carefully aligning expectations with management
The team meets regularly and is guided by me. The team also builds the implementation plan and monitors its actual execution
The process outputs are presented subject to a unique 3-layer methodology
